At Drasem, we aim to deliver your orders safely and promptly. We work with courier services to deliver car accessories, electronics, stationery, and other products to customers across Pakistan.

Our estimated delivery time is 2–3 working days after order processing. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping: Available on orders above PKR 3,000.

  • Orders below PKR 3,000: Standard delivery charges apply. The applicable charge will be displayed at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

  • Delivery charges may vary depending on the destination, parcel size, weight, or courier service.

Important Shipping Information

  • Deliveries are generally made Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays, subject to courier availability.

  • Public holidays and unexpected courier delays may extend delivery times.

  • Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and active contact number when placing your order.

  • If you require delivery to a business address, please include the business name and relevant address details.

  • Orders going to different destinations must be placed separately.

  • Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel when delivery is attempted.

  • Please inspect your parcel upon receipt and contact us promptly if the item is missing, damaged, or incorrect.

Orders are processed and dispatched from our distribution location in Lahore, Pakistan, unless otherwise communicated.
